About NESSFEST
NESSFEST (Loch Ness Music Festival) was held in the grounds of Fort Augustus Abbey and throughout the village of Fort Augustus on 3rd and 4th August 2007. Started on Friday night with concerts held in the Big Top with Darien Project and WOLFSTONE.
Saturday comprised of The Loch Ness Magic Challenge with top class
magicians from all over Scotland competing for a cash prize throughout
the village of Fort Augustus, children's workshops with Eden Court
Outreach, Craft Stalls, Sessions in Local Pubs. Saturday started off in
the main event area with a showcase of up and coming performers,
all-girl band SIRENS from Newcastle and concluded with an evening of
superb traditional music from Lau and SHOOGLENIFTY. We look forward to
